Cedars of the Grove is a ministry for men who desire to grow in Christ through service, discipleship, and brotherhood.
Cedars of the Grove was born out of prayer, purpose, and a desire to serve. This ministry exists to help men live out their faith through action by serving others, learning new skills, and growing together in Christ.
In Scripture, cedars represent strength, endurance, and deep roots. As Pine Grove men, we want to be rooted deeply in Christ, growing strong in service, and standing firm in faith. The name connects our identity as believers with our identity as a church family and the Grove where God is growing strong disciples.
Rooted in Christ. Growing in Service.
Everything we do flows from the truth that discipleship deepens our roots, and service extends our reach. As we serve others, we grow together. As we grow, we become stronger disciples.
Colossians 2:6–7
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
We want to be men rooted in Christ, built up in faith, and walking out what we believe.
1 Peter 4:10
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
This reminds us that every man has something to offer and that every skill, every talent, every willing hand can be used for God’s glory.
Grow in Christ
We pursue spiritual maturity through Scripture, prayer, accountability, and discipleship. We seek to grow daily in our walk with Christ so that our faith becomes the foundation for everything we do.
Serve Others
We use our gifts, skills, and time to meet needs within our church and community through hands‑on service projects and practical support. We believe that serving others strengthens our church family and opens doors for meaningful relationships.
Build Brotherhood
We walk together as brothers, encouraging one another, sharpening one another, and building strong relationships through shared work and shared faith.
Lead by Example
We strive to lead in our homes, workplaces, and church with humility, integrity, and Christ-like character.
Develop Skills
We learn and strengthen practical skills that help us serve more effectively, whether we’re experienced or just getting started. There is always room to learn and grow to be better equipped to serve.
Request Assistance
If you or someone you know has a practical need such as home repairs, yard work, maintenance, or other support we want you to know that our team is here to help.
We serve widows, families, seniors, and anyone in our church family and community who needs a hand.
Volunteer to Serve
If you want to use your skills, learn new ones, or simply serve alongside other men, we invite you to join our volunteer team.
No experience is required. Just a willing heart and a desire to grow.
